Remote Coder Trainer

A company is looking for a Coder Trainer I, responsible for developing and conducting training programs for the Payment Integrity department. Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for staff Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs and aids Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and maintain records of training activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment Coding experience (Certified Professional Coder) is highly preferred Prior training experience in a virtual environment is highly preferred
