A company is looking for a Member Advocate I to act as an advocate for members and facilitate access to care. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to member complaints and grievances, identifying and resolving access barriers Investigate access and cultural sensitivity issues raised by various stakeholders Engage with local community organizations to understand members' healthcare needs and update educational materials Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred
