A company is looking for a Remote Credits and Refunds Associate. Key Responsibilities Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers Demonstrate expertise in reimbursement and cash management workflow Work independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals Required Qualifications and Education Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant policies and regulations Minimum of two years of medical or healthcare-related payment entry experience preferred Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with computer applications, especially Excel Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents Understanding of medical billing and insurance terminology preferred but not required
