Remote Mechanical Design Engineer
A company is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Create complex 3D models and 2D drawings for rotorcraft and/or fixed-wing design Own development and release of products throughout the customer lifecycle Develop and manage technical engineering documentation including bill of materials and trade studies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline 5-10 years of applicable experience Strong background in Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling and drafting software, preferably CATIA v5/v6/3DX Experience with Sheet Metal, Machining, and/or Composites Design Proficient in ANSI/ASME Y14.1 design and drafting standards
