A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Representative I (Part Time) - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services Perform account maintenance and ensure confidentiality of member information Required Qualifications: 1 year of retail experience with a track record in meeting service and sales goals Basic understanding of financial products and services Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications High School Diploma or equivalent Genuine interest in helping members and strong interpersonal skills
