Remote Outbound Sales Representative
A company is looking for a Residential Outbound Sales Representative (Remote). Key Responsibilities Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell relevant services Make outbound calls to potential residential customers to present communication packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Proactive approach with the ability to encourage customer commitments Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales are sought Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required Preferred candidates will have an Associate's degree or higher
