Remote Staff Recruiter

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for their nation-wide operations. Key Responsibilities Manage full life cycle recruiting for field positions across all divisions Coordinate interviews, offer generation, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires Maintain candidate pool and staffing requisition processes, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience in an office environment with administrative tasks and general computer functions Prior recruiting and human resource experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a must
