Key Responsibilities Develop and launch a technical approach runbook to streamline product roadmaps for Veteran-centric services Implement foundational monitoring data to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime for critical services Lead the development of dashboards for system decommissioning and outcome reporting to modernize IT infrastructure Required Qualifications Master's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Computer Science 5+ years of relevant experience, with a substitution option for education Experience with Jira and Microsoft Suite Power BI experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance
