Key Responsibilities
Serve as a customer advocate, providing urgent guidance and reassurance for pet-related inquiries
Handle high volumes of inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Investigate account incidents and address escalated customer concerns, ensuring swift resolutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of call center experience or equivalent education/certification
Ability to work one or both weekend days and holidays, maintaining a flexible schedule
Passion for pets and commitment to their safety
Capacity to objectively assess situations and multitask effectively
Tech-savvy with a data-driven decision-making approach
