Revenue Cycle Transformation Consultant
A company is looking for an Associate Partner, Revenue Cycle Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Revenue Cycle Practice, managing engagement teams and overseeing analysis and deliverables
Apply thought leadership to generate actionable insights and frameworks that drive improvement for clients
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging healthcare knowledge to address issues beyond specific engagements
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years in a management role
5+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership, specifically in Epic implementation and transformation
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
Epic certifications preferred
A well-regarded personal brand with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
