RN or CRC Licensed ADA Specialist
A company is looking for an ADA Accommodation Specialist to enhance the ADA process for claimants requesting accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
Review medical information for ADAAA temporary and permanent accommodation requests
Approve and negotiate accommodations, and maintain communication with stakeholders regarding accommodation status
Conduct interactive discussions with claimants and employers to clarify accommodation needs and confirm job function capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, or vocational rehabilitation is preferred
At least one of the following licenses or certifications is required: RN or CRC
Experience in managing accommodations and rehabilitation plans
Knowledge of ADAAA regulations and processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
