Sales Analytics Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to transform complex data into actionable insights and support the sales team's performance.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain reports benchmarking sales performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
Assess pipeline generation efforts and provide insights into lead conversion rates and sales cycle trends
Build and refine standardized reports and dashboards to ensure visibility into key sales metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in a GTM Operations or Finance role
Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI solutions for developing reporting frameworks
Advanced experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
Experience leading reporting initiatives with a structured change management process
