Sales Commission Analyst

A company is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst to manage sales compensation processes and support the sales team. Key Responsibilities Manage sales compensation plans, including implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly commission payouts while supporting accounting processes Act as a primary contact for the sales team regarding commission inquiries and develop reporting tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred 3+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably in high-tech companies with SaaS/Cloud models Experience with Xactly and other compensation tools, along with CRM and HRIS systems Proven track record in configuring and implementing commission tools Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
