Sales Director Germany
A company is looking for a Sales Director for Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial growth agenda while achieving sales and installation targets
Identify potential customers and lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the Germany region within the EMEA commercial leadership team
Required Qualifications and Education
University degree in business studies, medical technology, or engineering specialization is preferred
10 years of experience in the medtech area, with at least 5 years in a sales management role
Experience in capital goods/robotics and service selling is a strong plus
Proven ability to develop C-level relationships within the hospital segment
Fluent in German and English
