Senior Group Sales Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for group business
Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing the complete sales cycle
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in group sales
Proven track record in generating and closing corporate/association group business
Experience in managing large accounts and corporate client relationships is a plus
Proficiency in sales and hotel management software (e.g., Envision, Delphi, etc.)
