Sales Manager for Franchises
A company is looking for a Multi-Location + Franchise Sales Manager to lead a team of Restaurant Mid Market Account Executives and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Drive team over-attainment across KPIs and quotas Lead, mentor, and motivate outbound account executives to achieve sales goals Use sales metrics to manage team performance and conduct weekly pipeline reviews Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in people management in a Fintech/SaaS environment 6+ years of documented sales success with consistent performance above 100% Experience with outbound sales tools and processes History of mentoring and onboarding salespeople Strong business acumen and experience in the Payment or IT tech industry is preferred
