A company is looking for a Manager of PEO Solutions Consulting. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a motivated, results-oriented team of PEO Solutions Consultants Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly quota targets and builds a healthy pipeline Deliver ongoing coaching and training to help team members sharpen their skills and grow in their careers Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing Sales Representatives in competitive mid-market sales environments Proven experience in building teams and designing effective customer journeys and sales playbooks Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and exceeding goals Skilled at setting clear KPIs and driving accountability Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments; knowledge of global payroll or PEO is a plus
