Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve employee relations and performance issues while providing policy interpretation
Coach and support management to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness and engagement
Promote company values and support change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in employee relations or HRBP roles
Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including employment law, compensation, and performance management
Proven ability to build relationships and influence across various levels and functions
Strong business acumen with experience in implementing employee engagement programs
Experience in healthcare or health services is a plus
