SBA Loan Documentation Specialist
A company is looking for an SBA Loan Doc Specialist. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines, and investor standards Communicate with various stakeholders to respond to inquiries and obtain necessary documents Ensure compliance with internal policies and may coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Typically eight or more years of relevant experience Advanced knowledge of legal documents used in loan/lease processing Experience with SBA loans preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-production environment
