Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client liaison for key accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals
Identify and pursue upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client account management, fundraising strategy, digital marketing, sales, or business development
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, securing renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities
Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring high-performing teams
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple client accounts
