Key Responsibilities Train new employees and monitor their production and quality assurance Review and escalate issues related to open and pended invoices Prepare quality assurance reports and assist the team in meeting monthly metrics and goals Required Qualifications Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with emphasis on A/R analysis High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel
