Colorado Business Development Manager
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop agency assessments and business plans to grow new business and retain existing clients
Identify and acquire new clients with significant annual premiums through effective pipeline development
Manage renewal retention and support assigned agencies through training and addressing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, or agency roles
Proven track record of high sales performance and results orientation
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business situations and handle multiple priorities
Strong sales acumen with effective negotiation and value-based selling skills
