Senior Client Support Associate
A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Associate to assist clients with inquiries and policy-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to insurance products and services
Guide clients through policy-related matters and communicate regarding policy renewals
Maintain organized client records and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Business Operations
2+ years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service preferred
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification is a plus
