Key Responsibilities Provide clinical expertise and responses to queries from the abstraction team Conduct comprehensive audits on electronic medical record charts for accuracy and completeness Manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and team performance Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or higher Active and unrestricted LVN, LPN, or RN license 3+ years of clinical EHR experience 2+ years of experience with electronic medical records systems 2+ years of computer experience including Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
