Senior Collector
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Senior Collector.
Key Responsibilities
Collect on high-risk accounts to control loss rates and reduce gross charge off
Perform in-depth skip tracing and leverage internal resources for customer/account information
Negotiate repayment options and assist consumers in understanding their financial situations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
2+ years of collections experience required
1+ year of skip tracing and/or credit bureau experience required
Familiarity with repossession requirements and collection management software
Basic understanding of Debt Settlement and Consumer Credit Counseling programs
