Property and Casualty Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of Claims Adjusters to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing Develop and implement coaching techniques to enhance team productivity and performance Monitor claim activities and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and claims handling efficiency Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of auto and/or casualty claims handling experience required 3+ years of customer service experience required Must obtain and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State Knowledge of personal lines auto claims and common industry claims systems preferred
