Senior Counsel - Privacy and Cybersecurity

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel specializing in Data Governance, Privacy, and Cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities Advise on legal, regulatory, and policy questions related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence Draft, review, and negotiate contracts concerning privacy, cybersecurity, and AI issues Assess and mitigate harms associated with privacy and cybersecurity incidents Required Qualifications and Education 5-7 years of legal experience focusing on privacy, data governance, and cybersecurity Graduate of an accredited law school and in good standing with a US state bar Prior in-house experience with multinational companies is preferred Familiarity with healthcare-related laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA Possession of relevant certifications in privacy, AI, or information security is preferred
