Senior Customer Program Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Program Manager - AI & HPC. Key Responsibilities Defines, plans, and drives projects and program plans based on management and technical guidance Scopes technical feasibility of new products by analyzing requirements with architects and engineers Establishes formal program management artifacts including timelines, budgets, and performance KPIs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field Formal project management education; PMP certification is ideal but not required Solid knowledge of technical program management with a track record of delivering complex software/hardware programs Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities Engineering background preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Agile methodology is an asset
