Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Korean-speaking clients and potential clients
Act as a liaison between Account Managers and Financial Institutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business goals

Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Korean and English
Experience in customer service, customer development, or customer maintenance
Basic computer operation skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
