Senior Director of Business Excellence
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Business Excellence to lead strategic quality and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Key Responsibilities Drive transaction quality and continuous improvement teams to achieve business objectives Plan project roadmaps considering inputs from cross-functional teams and facilitate change management Conduct workshops for leadership to identify innovation opportunities and high-impact projects Required Qualifications 12 years of experience in contact center, preferably in healthcare and/or insurance domains 6-7 years of experience managing quality and continuous improvement functions in a team management role Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or certified Experience in managing large projects that cut across geographies Experience in working with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
