Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise application domains Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of internal business applications and integrations Deliver hands-on 2nd and 3rd level application support, resolving issues across collaboration platforms and authentication systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise application support Proven experience with application development, deployment, and lifecycle management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), O365, and email security platforms Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Jamf, Intune, Zoom, and Kiteworks
