A company is looking for a Sr Estimator to provide accurate vehicle repair estimates for mobile on-site fleet service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage vehicle repair estimates based on information from technicians and customers Monitor repair status, timelines, and customer communications related to estimates Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers while addressing escalated issues Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience or a degree/certification with 3 years of experience 3+ years of experience in service advisement, maintenance coordination, or a similar technical role Proficiency in using software for generating repair estimates Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Experience in customer service and maintaining professional relationships
