A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Lead Consultant. Key Responsibilities Manage Workday configuration and integration with incentive processes Oversee annual incentive program management and executive perquisite program administration Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding executive compensation programs Required Qualifications 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred) 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred) Proven experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module Experience in design and administration of incentive programs (preferred) Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
