A company is looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Strategy Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize go-to-market effectiveness opportunities across multiple business unit teams
Lead go-to-market effectiveness initiatives in collaboration with local business unit teams
Develop performance metrics and track the impact of go-to-market effectiveness initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Strategy, or Finance
8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
Deep understanding of Sales Operations, including KPI design, planning, and incentive plan execution
Proficiency in CRM design and management, including process mapping and reporting
Experience with relational databases and ability to analyze CRM data
