A company is looking for a Senior HR Functional Strategist to shape and operationalize its People & Culture strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the People & Culture strategy Apply a product lifecycle framework to HR initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation Conduct strategic analysis of people data and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making Required Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or HR strategy, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment Proven track record of developing successful people strategies that drive business results Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends, particularly in SaaS and AI Experience working within a product lifecycle framework is highly desirable Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
