A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst 2 to support user acceptance testing and provide high-level customer support for educational data systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of test plans and scripts based on stakeholder requirements Investigate and resolve Level 3 technical support tickets related to educational data systems Perform post-deployment production checks to ensure feature stability and performance Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in UAT testing, technical analysis, and QA methodology Strong proficiency in system architecture concepts and scripting for testing/troubleshooting Extensive experience using QA and testing tools such as SQL, JIRA, Swagger, TOAD, and Postman In-depth knowledge of Texas education standards and domains 5+ years of experience with analytical thinking and defect resolution
