Senior HR Systems Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Systems & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues
Conduct data audits and support HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations
Analyze HR metrics and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR Systems, Analytics, or Payroll, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience in HRIS system administration, with a preference for UKG Pro & WFM
Strong data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of payroll processes and experience in ensuring compliance
HRIS certifications (UKG, Workday) are a plus
