Senior HRIS Manager
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the optimal function of HRIS, including installation, customization, and data management
Build and maintain online forms for HR data collection related to New Hire, Change, and Termination processes
Ensure data integrity and security through role access management, integration maintenance, and regular audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in HRIS management, including supervisory experience
At least 2 years' experience managing Dayforce Workforce Management
Minimum 2 years' experience leading and integrating HRIS
Proficient in system administration with strong analytical and organizational skills
