ServiceNow Business Analyst
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support federal government clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with government stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow Facilitate prioritization of business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions Design and document business processes, workflows, and test plans, while leading system and user acceptance testing Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in a government or federal consulting environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and understanding of Agile methodologies
