A company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist. Key Responsibilities Coordinate headcount preparation and reporting for Finance and Accounting Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures Manage international HR efforts and lead Mergers and Acquisitions activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Ability to make effective recommendations for problem resolution Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
