Senior Learning and Development Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage and deliver complex learning and development initiatives
Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, using diverse learning formats
Analyze learning data to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs
Strong background in talent management, including career development and mentoring
Experience in delivering learning in remote environments across multiple modalities
Experience in global or regulated environments is a plus
