Senior Process Excellence Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Process Excellence - Work From Home. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize data-driven insights to support the Operational Excellence Program Design executive dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into process performance and issue resolution Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide quantitative support for root cause analysis investigations Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence Experience in payer healthcare, Utilization Management (UM), or clinical operations is preferred Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field Knowledge of compliance and quality reporting requirements
