Vice President of Event Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President, Event Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute all elements of IPW and other events, ensuring flawless operations and attendee experiences Align trade show operations with strategic initiatives, designing high-impact events that maximize engagement Manage event budgets, develop SOPs, and cultivate vendor relationships to enhance event quality and efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12 to 15 years of experience in meetings and events management Proven track record in trade show management and experience with international audiences Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior executives and multicultural teams Experience in association/non-profit management and client relationship management is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with Map Your Show, Salesforce, and Cvent is preferred
