Arizona Licensed Grant Officer

A company is looking for a Grant + Contract Officer to support the Research Operations' Contract Services Team by preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts for research-related projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, write, review, negotiate, and monitor complex and non-complex agreements, including grants and contracts Advise department administrators and principal investigators on agreement terms and conditions Resolve project-related issues by collaborating with stakeholders and providing administrative assistance Required Qualifications Bachelor's or law degree required with three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in negotiating grants, contracts, and other agreements Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and intellectual property laws Familiarity with Microsoft applications and database systems Experience in government or commercial contracting with various sponsors
