A company is looking for a Senior Leave & Benefits Analyst to oversee and administer leave requests and accommodations. Key Responsibilities Manage and track benefit adjustments for payroll processing and execute the leave of absence process Draft and recommend revisions to company leave policies to ensure legal compliance Serve as a key contact for leave benefit plan vendors and manage COBRA administration Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or related field preferred 3+ years of related leave administration experience 2+ years of related benefits experience Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA/leave administration is a plus Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and applicable leave laws
