Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of prioritized congresses in collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors Oversee end-to-end congress operations, including logistics, budget management, and post-event analysis Partner with various teams to align congress goals with broader business objectives and report on congress outcomes Required Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years in congress management or related fields Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications (e.g., CMP, CEM) preferred Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries Demonstrated ability to manage global congresses in a matrixed organization Strong understanding of industry trends and compliance regulations
