Senior Manager of Commissions
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Commissions to lead and transform its incentive compensation operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the commission team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate with revenue operations and legal to design and implement best-in-class compensation plans
Lead the end-to-end process for calculating incentive compensation and manage financial accounting for commissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales operations or finance, with at least 3 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of sales compensation design and accounting principles
Proficiency in ICM systems, CRM systems, ERP systems, and MS Excel / Google Sheets
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with various teams
