Senior Manager of Technical Integration
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Technical Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the technical integrations team, providing coaching and support through regular 1:1 meetings
Collaborate with various departments to enhance inter-departmental cooperation and achieve shared objectives
Act as the primary business stakeholder for user management and rostering-related projects, ensuring effective execution and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of team management and direct client-facing experience
Proficient in Excel, including working with CSV files and creating pivot tables
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems preferred
Experience with Salesforce and setting up teacher and student rosters in third-party systems is preferred
