A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Compensation & Payroll. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team to ensure effective compensation and payroll operations Shape the company's compensation strategy and collaborate with senior leaders on Total Rewards strategy Ensure compliance with pay practices and oversee payroll-related audits and metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of related work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role 1-3 years of experience in payroll management processing in-house payroll Experience with Workday Payroll and knowledge of compensation program design Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic relationships
