Senior Member Services Advisor
A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Member Services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships
Guide members in aligning their business strategies with platforms and insights to achieve their objectives
Analyze data and translate insights for both executive and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years in a customer-facing, strategic advisory role, preferably in healthcare, analytics, or SaaS industries
Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in client success or member services
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and analytics solutions
Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and milestone tracking
